This week’s blog post is going to look a little different. As I stated in my first post..I recently made the decision to become a Beachbody coach and start my own business. I am really excited about this opportunity because I get to mentor people and help people find what works for them on their health and wellness journey by supporting them in a group and connecting them with products and programs that I feel strongly about and I know will work for them!

2020 has kicked many people’s asses! It’s challenged us to be creative with our schedules, child care, work, social life, exercise and nutrition. So basically everything. I don’t know about you, but I’m done with the lack of structure. I’m also pretty done with 2020. That’s why I’m looking to do a fun program together where we can knock 2020 into the hopefully distant past.

This program is a boxing/weight lifting hybrid type program. Don’t worry, you don’t need tons of equipment or a giant weight selection.
